Warranty Procedure

Stage 1.

3 months after the practical completion of your new Rawson Home a warranty inspection will be arranged to review a list of concerns created by you the owner.

Stage 2.

Rectification of any warranty works noted from the inspection will be carried out as agreed with you the client.

All warranty works as per the agreed list are completed.

Stage 3.

Client then signs off on all the completed works. This is the final step.

You can now kick back, relax and enjoy your new home.
